Express Builders was established in 2004 by Robert Mejer and Darek Czerwonka after years of work in the pub, restaurant and hotel sectors. Jacek Freundt joined in 2005, adding wider experience in commercial, new build, local authority and leisure projects.

Today the team works across refurbishment, building, fit-out and civil engineering projects. Clients deal with experienced site teams supported by estimating, surveying, contract management, administration and finance, so the work is planned properly from the first visit through to completion.

We carry out internal and external commercial works, from practical repairs and refurbishments to larger fit-out and turnkey packages. The focus is simple: understand the site, plan access properly, keep disruption under control and deliver work that stands up to daily use.

Our team can support estimating, procurement and project management, helping clients keep cost, programme and finish aligned from the start.

Express Builders has long worked with recognised construction bodies and trade schemes. Before launch, confirm which memberships and accreditations are current, then show only the verified logos on the live site.

Express Builders has experience in schools and education settings, including new build work, extensions, classroom fit-outs, recording studios and cycle shelters.

The company started with refurbishment work in the leisure sector and still has strong experience in pubs, restaurants and hotels. Previous work referenced on the old site includes Enterprise Inns, Greene King, Midland Hotels and Punch Taverns.
